What Accucast Does
Accucast is a software solutions provider specializing in Internet messaging products and services. Their products are available as both a hosted service (Accelerator) and a premise-based software solution (Enterprise.)

Privacy on www.accucast.com
Both sites mirror each other and are identical. These sites use request forms to allow site visitors to ask for information regarding Accucast and its products and services. These request forms require first name, last name, email address and state. The registration form only requests company name, address, city, postal code and telephone number. Providing Accucast with this information is strictly voluntary by the site visitor and is used to answer only the requests of the site visitor. When a request is made by the visitor to receive Accucast's emailed newsletter, an option to opt-out of receiving the newsletter is always included in the content. If the information provided by the visitor must be changed, an email message can be sent to or it may be phoned into 404-815-1998. A confirmation of the requested changes will be communicated to the visitor. Accucast will not sell, rent or share any information to any business or person. This site contains links to other sites. Accucast is not responsible for the privacy practices or the content of these Web sites.

Client Services Portal
When a user registers to access the password protected portion of the Client Services Portal, the first name, last name and email address is collected by Accucast. Accucast uses Salesforce.com, a third party product that provides various customer relationship management tools. The personally identifiable information that is collected is only used to pre-fill forms used in the support tickets and not shared with any other parties.

Privacy on Accucast Accelerator (av3.accucast.com and av4.accucast.com)
Accucast Accelerator is a hosted e-mail delivery service used for the purpose of delivering permission-based marketing messages by our clients. Accucast has a strict policy against the use of this system for the purpose of sending Unsolicited Commercial E-mail (UCE or SPAM.) Furthermore, Accucast will revoke the right to use Accelerator by any user found sending spam.

Accucast stores database lists on behalf of our clients. A client's list is never shared with any other clients, and is considered an asset of the client. Accucast does not publish, rent, sell or share any client list or any other list of recipient data.

Cookies
Accucast uses temporary cookies when a registered user logs into the Client Services Portal. These cookies are not used to gather information and are not linked to any personally identifiable information. The purpose is to maintain the login state, which will keep the user from logging into each request. Access to the support page will not be granted if the cookie is rejected. The cookies are removed when the browser is closed.

Log Files
Accucast's log files only contain system status information. These system log files are used to analyze errors. No personally identifiable information is collected in log files.

Notice
If Accucast is going to use your personally identifiable information in a manner different from that stated at the time of collection we will notify you via email. You will have a choice as to whether or not we use your information in this different manner. In addition, if we make any material changes in our privacy practices that do not affect user information already stored in our database, we will post a prominent notice on our web site notifying users of the change.
