Accucast is an e-mail service and software provider which enables organizations and corporations to send permission-based e-mail communications to their opted-in subscribers using our tool Accucast.

As a pioneer in the e-mail marketing and communications industry, Accucast believes in and practices permission-based e-mail marketing. Knowing that permission is the only way to gain subscriber’s trust and generate high response, we require our clients to only engage in opt-in e-mail marketing. United States federal law, laws of other countries and policies set forth by Internet Service Providers (ISPs) dictate that e-mail marketing campaigns cannot be sent unsolicited.

Accucast does not condone the sending of Unsolicited Commercial Email (spam) through Accucast. In accordance with federal law, an e-mail campaign is not considered spam if one of the following scenarios is true:

  1. The Recipient has explicitly given the Sender permission to send them the e-mail campaign or;
  2. The Sender has a pre-existing business relationship with the Recipient

The first scenario is preferred. Furthermore, Accucast generally recommends that the second scenario be used as a one-time only option. E-mail campaigns sent under this scenario should ask the Recipient to give their explicit permission for the Sender to continue contacting them via e-mail.

The Accucast tool includes necessary technology features to help clients ensure they are compliant with laws and regulations. Subscription management, one-click immediate unsubscribe, confirmed opt-out, and double opt-out are all possible using the Accucast tool.

Clients using our Accucast Accelerator system are required to certify their compliance with Accucast’s Policy Against Unsolicited Commercial E-mail. In addition, Accucast stores database lists on behalf of our Accucast Accelerator clients. A client's list is never shared with any other clients, and is considered an asset of the client. Great care is taken to ensure the security of this data as its protection is a top priority.
