| Michael Pridemore, Chief Executive Officer, Co-founder |
| In 1997, Michael Pridemore co-founded Socketware, Inc. and launched
Accucast, the first enterprise-level, cross platform e-mail marketing
and messaging solution to enable customized and personalized outbound
e-mail distributions. Since then, Socketware has consistently grown
its impressive client list and revenues, while adding features and
functionality to the Accucast product.
Under Pridemore's leadership, Accucast has matured to become one
of the most technologically advanced e-mail communication solutions
in the industry. Pridemore and Socketware have won numerous awards
including ClickZ's Best E-mail Marketing ASP and Sm@rt Partner's
Top 100 Companies to Watch. Pridemore and Socketware have been featured
in local and national publications such as the Atlanta Business
Chronicle, Atlanta Journal Constitution, Wall Street Journal, ClickZ,
ComputerWorld, I-Marketing News, U.S. News and World Reports and
PC Week. Pridemore speaks around the United States on Internet marketing
technologies and strategies. He is a graduate of the University
of Central Florida.

| Andrew McConnell, Chief Architect, Co-founder |

As a co-founder of Socketware, Andrew McConnell has applied his
software development and systems engineering expertise to the creation
of leading-edge e-mail marketing and messaging solutions. McConnell's
extensive knowledge of web-based solutions and Java helped make
Accucast one of the most easy-to-use and technologically proficient
software products available today. Prior to starting Socketware
with Pridemore, McConnell served as a senior engineer with Delta
Technology in their Internet Services department. McConnell has
a bachelor degree in computer science from West Virginia
University.

| Robert M. Jones, Chairman |
| Bert Jones brings 20 years of experience as a private venture investor
and consultant to Accucast. Jones' proficiencies lie in creating,
funding, managing and growing emerging businesses. His portfolio is
focused on computer software, especially for companies in the banking,
real estate development and transportation industries. In addition
to his role at Accucast, Jones is the principal of Mebane Interests,
a fund supplying capital, management and marketing expertise to emerging
businesses. Jones holds a Master of Business Administration in Finance
and Marketing from the University of Texas, and a Bachelor of Science
in Accounting from Trinity University. |

| Tricia Robinson, Chief Marketing Officer |
| With experience in marketing communications, marketing strategy,
publication and magazine editing, as well as government affairs, Tricia
has used her expertise to lead the Accucast brand to the forefront
of the e-marketing industry. Robinson brings to Accucast extensive
media relationships and press experience. Prior to joining Accucast,
Robinson served the Georgia Press Association as lobbyist, editor,
and member newspaper liaison. Before entering politics, she spent
three years with Forbes Magazine. Robinson holds a Bachelor of Science
in Political Science and Marketing and served as Chairman of the Southeast
Chapter of the Direct Marketing Association (DMA), and on the board
of directors of the Atlanta Chapter of the American Marketing Association
and Association for Interactive Marketing (AIM) Responsible E-mail
Commission. |

| Dan Roy, Chief Technology Officer |
| Dan brings to Accucast more than 16 years of diverse IT experience
in the travel, consulting, banking and manufacturing industries.
Dan's history of building strong relationships between IT and
business groups at Fortune 500 companies gives Accucast clients a
leading edge in bridging the gap between marketing and IT departments.
Prior to joining Accucast, Dan served as Director of the Atlanta
Engineering Center with GetThere, A Sabre Company. He also served
as Director of delta.com at Delta Technology, where he managed all
software development activities for Delta's website. Dan holds
a Bachelor of Business Information Systems from West Georgia College
and a MBA from Georgia State University. |
